9Minds provides a free online quiz based on Howard Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences. The quiz identifies your dominant intelligence type from nine categories. We also offer a paid premium intelligence report for additional insights.

3. Disclaimer

9Minds is not a clinical, psychological, or diagnostic assessment. It is designed for personal insight, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only. Results should not be used as a substitute for professional psychological evaluation, career counseling, or medical advice. 9Minds is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Howard Gardner or Harvard University.

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use 9Minds. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

5. Purchases and Refunds

The premium intelligence report is a one-time digital purchase priced at $9.00 USD. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refund Policy: If your 9Minds report does not meet your expectations, email hello@my9minds.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on 9Minds, including text, graphics, design, and quiz questions, is the property of 9Minds and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

9Minds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on your quiz results, career suggestions, or any other content provided through the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
